Shiraz Daneshyar, born on 21 June 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Computers and an MBA in Financial Markets from Delhi University. Currently, he serves as Special Secretary in the Transport Department since 25 September 2024. His previous roles include Additional District Magistrate, Executive Magistrate, Sub Divisional Officer, Officer on Special Duty, and Assistant Secretary. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Bengali. Shiraz Daneshyar continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
