Shinjan Shekhar, born on December 14, 1992, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, assigned to the West Bengal cadre. She holds an M.A. in Philosophy from the University of Delhi. Currently, she serves as the Additional District Magistrate (ADM) at Jalpaiguri. Her previous roles include Joint Secretary and Additional District Magistrate. Shekhar continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
