Shilpa Prabhakar Satish, born on 30 August 1981, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2009 batch, Tamil Nadu cadre. She holds an LL.B. and a B.A. from Bangalore University. Throughout her career, she has served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, Sub Collector, Deputy Commissioner, District Collector, Vice Chairman, and Mission Director. Currently, she is the Secretary of the Commercial Taxes and Registration Department, Tamil Nadu, a position she has held since 23 June 2025. She is proficient in English and Kannada and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
