Shildhar Singh Yadav, born on January 17, 1974, is a 2014 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. Currently serving as the Special Secretary at Uttar Pradesh in the Department of Minority Affairs since November 20, 2025, he has previously held the position of Special Secretary to the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Mr. Yadav continues to contribute to the administrative framework of the state government.
