Sheo Pujan Sing, born on July 1, 1939, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1988 batch, Bihar cadre. He served in the Department of Home and held the position of Joint Secretary from July 1, 1995, to June 30, 1997. A graduate by education, Mr. Sing contributed to the civil service during his tenure before retiring.
