Shena Aggarwal, born on March 4, 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 Punjab cadre. She holds an M.B.B.S. from AIIMS New Delhi and an M.B.A. Currently, she serves as Joint Development Commissioner in the Integrated Rural Development department since December 6, 2024. Throughout her career, she has held various positions including Director, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Commissioner, and Chairman. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, Shena Aggarwal continues to contribute to public administration in her ongoing service.
