Shelly Kishnani, born on 13 June 1965, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 Rajasthan cadre. She holds an M.A. degree and has served in various capacities within the Rajasthan government. Her past positions include Special Secretary to Government and Additional Director General. As of 9 September 2024, she is serving as the Additional Director General at Jaipur in the HCM Rajasthan State Institute of Public Administration (HCM RIPA). She continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Rajasthan in her current role.
