Shekhar Dutta, born on 28 June 1958, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2001 batch, West Bengal cadre. Throughout his career, he held various positions including Director, District Electoral Officer, and Joint Secretary. His most recent role was as Election Officer at Kolkata, West Bengal, commencing on 5 September 2016.
