Shekhar Anand, born on March 11, 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. Currently, he is the Collector & District Magistrate at Sheikhpura, Bihar, a position he has held since December 10, 2025. Prior to this, he served as a Director. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Bihar.
