Sheetal Nanda, born on September 7, 1975, is a 2006 batch IAS officer of the AGMUT cadre. She holds a B.Com. and an M.B.A. from Jammu University. Currently serving as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government in the Forest, Ecology and Environment Department of Jammu and Kashmir since December 27, 2024, she has previously held the position of Commissioner & Secretary. Fluent in English and Hindi, Sheetal Nanda continues to contribute to public administration in her ongoing service.
