Sheetal Basavaraj Teli Ugale, born on 18 January 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2009 Maharashtra cadre. She holds a B.A. degree from Sir Parashurambhau College. Throughout her career, she has served in various capacities including Textile Commissioner, Metropolitan Commissioner, Additional Municipal Commissioner, District Collector, Chief Executive Officer, Assistant Collector, and Municipal Commissioner. As of 9 June 2025, she is the Commissioner in the Sports and Youth Department of Maharashtra. She is proficient in Marathi and continues to serve in the IAS.
