Sheelendra Singh, born on November 3, 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds an M.Sc. degree and has served in various capacities, including Deputy Secretary and District Magistrate & Collector. Currently, he is the Additional Secretary in the Urban Development and Housing Department of Madhya Pradesh, a position he has held since September 30, 2025. Singh continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the administration of Madhya Pradesh.
