Sheela Thomas, born on March 16, 1957, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1985 Kerala cadre. She holds a postgraduate degree and a graduate degree in English. Throughout her career, she served in various capacities including Secretary, Principal Secretary, Secretary to the Chief Minister, Special Officer, Director, Managing Director, District Collector, Sub Collector, and Assistant Collector. Her most recent position was Chairperson at the Rubber Board in Kottayam, Kerala, from February 7, 2011, to February 6, 2016, under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
