Currently, she holds the position of Additional Secretary in the Health Department of Kerala, a role she assumed on July 30, 2025. Sheeba has previously served as an Additional Secretary. She is an active member of the Indian Administrative Service and continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Kerala.
