Shashvat Sangwan, born on December 29, 1995, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2022 batch, Haryana cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree. Currently, he serves as the Mission Director at Haryana for the Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban) since January 30, 2026. Prior to this role, he held the position of Sub Divisional Officer (Civil). He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
