Shashi Karnawat, born on 25 September 1960, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1999 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. During her career, she served in various capacities including Additional Collector and Under Secretary. Her most recent position was Deputy Secretary in the Technical Education Training and Skill Development Department of Madhya Pradesh, a role she held from 20 October 2008 until 30 September 2020.
