Shashi Kant Tiwary, born on March 10, 1958, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2005 Bihar cadre. During his service, he held the position of District Magistrate from April 15, 2013, to March 31, 2018. He also served as Director in the Land Revenue Department and was the Director of Census Operations. His career in the IAS was marked by various administrative roles within the Bihar cadre.
