Shashi Bhushan Kumar, born on 25 September 1968, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1996 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Sc. degree and is proficient in English and Hindi. Throughout his career, he has served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, CEO, Secretary, Director, District Collector and Magistrate, Joint Collector, Project Officer, and Project Director. Since 21 June 2024, he has been serving as the Principal Secretary in the Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department of Andhra Pradesh. He continues to be in active service.
