Shashi Bala Gulati, born on May 8, 1960, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1986 Haryana cadre. She holds graduate degrees in Botany and Education, along with a postgraduate degree in Anthropology. Throughout her career, she served in various capacities including Assistant Commissioner, Director, Special Secretary, Joint Secretary, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Registrar, CEO, Executive Director, Principal Secretary, Secretary, and Financial Commissioner. Her most recent position was Additional Chief Secretary in the Archaeology and Museum Department from September 19 to October 18, 2016. Her extensive administrative experience spans multiple leadership roles within the Haryana government.
