Shashank Sethi, born on 15 February 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree from IIT Kharagpur. Currently, he serves as the Additional Director General at West Bengal, a position he assumed on 7 March 2026. His past roles include District Magistrate and Managing Director. He is associated with the Netaji Subhas Administrative Training Institute. Proficient in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, Shashank Sethi continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
