Shantanu Bala, born on November 16, 1988, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2017 batch, serving in the West Bengal cadre. He holds an M.Tech. and B.Tech. in Bio-Technology. Currently, he is the Additional District Magistrate (ADM) at South 24 Parganas. Prior to this, he has also served as an Additional District Magistrate. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
