Shantanu, an IAS officer of the 1997 batch from Tripura cadre, holds a B.E. in Civil Engg from the University of Roorkee. He also has an M.Sc. degree. Currently serving as Joint Secretary at the Development of North Eastern Region, Shantanu is proficient in English and Hindi. Born on 27/08/1972, he has demonstrated his administrative capabilities through various roles in the civil services.
