He holds a B.Sc. in Agriculture and is currently serving as Principal Secretary in the Department of Labour and Employment, Lucknow, since January 6, 2025. His extensive career includes roles such as Secretary, Development Commissioner, Divisional Commissioner, District Magistrate, Special Secretary, Joint Managing Director, and Chief Development Officer.
