Shambhu Nath Shukla, born on 22 February 1959, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1984 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering and a postgraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Executive Magistrate, General Manager, Project Director, Registrar, Member, Commissioner, Secretary, Special Secretary, and Director. His most recent role was Principal Secretary in the Home Guards Department from 13 February 2013 to 28 February 2019. Mr. Shukla’s extensive service reflects his long-standing commitment to administrative roles within the Uttar Pradesh government.
