Shambhu Kallolikar, born on 19 September 1963, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1991 Tamil Nadu cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Politics. Over his career, he has held various positions including Principal Secretary, Member Secretary, Joint Secretary, Secretary to Governor, Project Director, Managing Director, Commissioner, District Collector, and Executive Magistrate. Most recently, he served as Principal Secretary in the Department of Handicrafts and Handlooms from 8 June 2020 to 30 September 2023. His extensive administrative experience spans multiple leadership roles across state government departments.
