Shalini Pandit, born on September 11, 1974, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2001 batch, Odisha cadre. She holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. from Saurashtra University and the Wildlife Institute of India. Currently, she serves as Joint Secretary in the Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, New Delhi, a position she has held since September 14, 2025. Her previous roles include Commissioner-cum-Secretary. Fluent in English and Hindi, Shalini Pandit continues to contribute to the Indian Administrative Service.
