Shalini Pandit, born on September 11, 1974, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2001 batch, Odisha cadre. She holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. from Saurashtra University and the Wildlife Institute of India. Currently, she serves as Joint Secretary in the Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, New Delhi, since September 14, 2025. Her previous roles include Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Mission Director, Labour Commissioner, Director, and Additional Secretary. Fluent in English and Hindi, Shalini Pandit continues to contribute to public administration in her ongoing service.
