Shalini Duhan, born on 21 November 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2016 batch, Gujarat cadre. She holds a Master of Arts in Public Management from JNU Delhi and a Bachelor of Engineering in Bio-Technology from Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science & Technology. Currently serving as Collector since 9 April 2025, she has previously held positions including Director, District Development Officer, Assistant Collector, Assistant Secretary, and Deputy Secretary to Government in Gandhinagar. She is proficient in Gujarati and continues to serve in the IAS.
