Shaleen Kabra, born on July 12, 1968, is a 1992 batch IAS officer of the A G M U T cadre. He holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and an M.B.A. Currently serving as ACS-Cum-Financial Commissioner at Kashmir since December 1, 2023, he is part of the Finance Department. Throughout his career, Kabra has held various positions including Principal Secretary, Financial Commissioner, Joint Director, Director, Deputy Secretary, Special Secretary, Additional Secretary, and Sub-Divisional Magistrate. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the governance and administration within his cadre.
