Shakuntala Bindhani, born on August 2, 1966, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2012 batch, serving in the Odisha cadre. She holds an M.A. in Political Science. Currently, she is the Additional Secretary to the Government at Odisha, working in the Food Supplies and Consumer Welfare Department since January 24, 2023. Ms. Bindhani continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of the state government.
