Shainamoi A, born on 11 May 1982, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2007 batch, serving in the Himachal Pradesh cadre. She holds a B.A. and M.A. from MG University Kottayam. Currently, she is the Secretary at Himachal Pradesh in the Department of Admin Reforms, Training and Foreign Assignments and Redressal of Public Grievances, a position she has held since 1 August 2025. Previously, she served as Divisional Commissioner. Shainamoi is proficient in English, Malayalam, and Hindi. She continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
