Shainamoi A, born on 11 May 1982, is a 2007 batch IAS officer of the Himachal Pradesh cadre. She holds a B.A. and M.A. from MG University Kottayam. Currently, she serves as Secretary in the Department of Admin Reforms, Training and Foreign Assignments and Redressal of Public Grievances, Himachal Pradesh, since 1 August 2025. Her previous roles include Divisional Commissioner, Director, Managing Director, District Collector, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Additional Controller, and Additional Director. She is proficient in English, Malayalam, and Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
