Shailesh Kumar Chourasia, born on 22 March 1974, is a 2007 batch IAS officer of the Manipur cadre. He holds a B.A. and M.A. from Patna University and an M.Phil. from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Currently serving as Secretary in the Power Department, Manipur since 6 December 2022, he is proficient in English, Hindi, and Manipuri. Mr. Chourasia continues to serve in the Manipur cadre, contributing to the state's administrative functions.
