Shailesh Bagauli, born on February 2, 1977, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2002 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. He holds an M.Sc. degree from IIT Kanpur. Currently, he serves as Secretary in the Home Department of Uttarakhand since January 17, 2026. Previously, he has held the position of Joint Secretary. Proficient in English and Hindi, Shailesh Bagauli continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
