Shailendra Kumar, born on November 17, 1968, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a Master of Arts degree in History. Currently, he is the Additional Secretary at Patna in the Agriculture Department, a position he assumed on December 12, 2023. Mr. Kumar continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administrative functions within his department.
