Shailaza Sharma, born on 19 May 1981, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2013 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Veterinary Science from Rajasthan Agricultural University, Bikaner. Currently, she is the Additional Secretary at the Road Construction Department in Patna, a position she has held since 17 February 2020. Prior to this, she served as an Assistant Secretary. Fluent in Hindi, Shailaza Sharma continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
