Shail Bala Anjana Martin, born on April 9, 1965, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2009 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. She holds a B.Sc. and an M.A. degree. Currently serving as Secretary in the General Administration Department since January 1, 2025, she has previously held positions including Additional Secretary, Deputy Secretary, and Chief Executive Officer. She continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Madhya Pradesh.
