Currently serving as Secretary in the Finance Department at Lucknow since 9 June 2022, he has previously held positions including Special Secretary to Government, Special Secretary, and Member. Fluent in English and Hindi, Rizvi continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Uttar Pradesh.
