Shahid Ahmed, born on October 11, 1994, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2021 batch, serving in the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Chemistry from the University of Delhi. Currently, he is the Chief Development Officer at Shrawasti, a position he has held since April 21, 2025. Shahid Ahmed continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
