Shahabuddin M D, born on June 10, 1934, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the Bihar cadre, batch 0. He holds graduate degrees in Law and Economics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Divisional Manager, Junior Scale officer, and Sub-Divisional Magistrate. He was the Under Secretary from July 1, 1991, to June 1, 1992. His most recent role was with the Land Revenue Department as the Director of Census Operations.
