Shah Faesal, born on 17 May 1983, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 batch, serving in the A G M U T cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. from SKIMS Soura Srinagar and an M.P.A. from Harvard University. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Probationer, Assistant Commissioner, Managing Director, District Collector and Magistrate, Director, and Deputy Secretary. Since 3 October 2025, he has been serving as the Central Prabhari Officer at Tulail Block, Bandipora, Jammu and Kashmir. He is currently in service.
