Sewa Ram, born on 23 May 1951, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1984 Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Statistics and a graduate degree in Mathematics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Principal Secretary, Secretary, Managing Director, Joint Secretary, Commissioner & Secretary, Additional Secretary, Controller, District Collector, Director, Project Officer, and Sub-Divisional Officer. His most recent position was Principal Secretary in the Department of Horticulture and Food Processing, Madhya Pradesh, from 30 April 2010 to 31 May 2011.
