Senthil K Kumar, born on May 1, 1969, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1996 Bihar cadre. He holds a B.E. in Electrical Engineering and an M.E. in Power Systems Engineering. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Sub-Divisional Officer, District Collector and Magistrate, Divisional Commissioner, Joint Secretary, Secretary, and Managing Director. Currently, he serves as the Principal Secretary in the Sugarcane Department of Bihar, a position he assumed on December 30, 2025. He is proficient in English and Tamil and continues to serve in the IAS.
