Selva Kumari J., born on 16 May 1977, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2006 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree. Throughout her career, she has served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, Joint Magistrate, Joint Collector, District Magistrate, District Collector and Magistrate, Additional Commissioner, Director, Managing Director, and Secretary. Currently, she is the Director General & Secretary in the Technical Education Department of Uttar Pradesh, a position she has held since 8 October 2025. She is proficient in English, Tamil, and Hindi. Selva Kumari J. continues to serve in the IAS.
