Seeram Sambasiva Rao, born on 10 December 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 Kerala cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Madras. Throughout his career, he has served in various capacities including Project Director, District Collector, Deputy Secretary, Project Officer, Sub Collector, and Principal Director. Currently, he is the Special Secretary at Kerala, a position he has held since 15 April 2025. He is also associated with the Electronics and Information Technology Department, Haryana. Rao is proficient in English, Telugu, and Malayalam. He continues to serve in the IAS.
