Seema Vyas, born on April 3, 1966, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1992 Maharashtra cadre. She holds an M.A. and an M.B.A. Currently, she serves as the Additional Chief Secretary and SEO at Mumbai since November 20, 2020, in the General Administration Department. Throughout her career, she has held various positions including Principal Secretary, Commissioner, Executive Director, Deputy Secretary, and CEO. Fluent in English and Hindi, Seema Vyas continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Maharashtra. She remains in active service within the IAS.
