Seema Jain, an IAS officer of the 1991 batch from the Punjab cadre, was born on 01/01/1967. She holds a P.G. in Modern Ind. Hist, an M.A. in Energy Policy from Carlton University Ottawa, and an M.B.A. in Public Policy from Birmingham University. Currently serving as Member (Finance) at the Department of Space, she is proficient in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
