Seema Bahuguna, born on 14 September 1959, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 Rajasthan cadre. She holds a graduate and postgraduate degree in History. Throughout her career, she served in various capacities including District Collector, Additional Resident Commissioner, Deputy Secretary, Under Secretary, Additional District Magistrate, and Additional Director. She also held positions such as Special Secretary, Additional Secretary & F A, Joint Secretary, Assistant Secretary General, Adviser, Joint D G, Member, and Director. Her most recent role was Secretary in the Industries- Commerce and Public Enterprise Department, Rajasthan, from 25 November 2016 to 30 September 2019.
