Seelam Sai Teja, born on 24 July 1995, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, serving in the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Hyderabad. Currently, he is the Municipal Commissioner at Prayagraj, a position he has held since 15 April 2025. Seelam Sai Teja continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to administrative functions within his cadre.
