Sayad Osatullah, born on May 3, 1946, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 batch, Odisha cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Excise Commissioner, Secretary, Director, Additional Secretary, and Inspector General. His most recent position was Inspector General at Cuttack, Odisha, from April 26, 2006, to May 31, 2006. He was associated with the Registration department during his service. Throughout his career, Sayad Osatullah held multiple key administrative roles within the Odisha cadre before retiring from the IAS.
