Saurav Pandey, born on March 14, 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2020 batch, assigned to the West Bengal cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) degree in Electrical Engineering. Throughout his career, he has served as Sub Divisional Officer, Assistant Secretary, and Additional District Magistrate. Since March 23, 2026, he has been serving as the ADM at Uttar Dinajpur. Proficient in Hindi and Bengali, Saurav Pandey continues to contribute to administrative functions within his cadre.
