Saurabh Yadav, born on December 16, 1996, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2021 batch, assigned to the Manipur cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Electronics and Communication from IIT Roorkee. Currently, he serves as the Under Secretary in the Transport Department, a position he assumed on June 18, 2024. Mr. Yadav continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Manipur through his role in the state government.
